Juniper berry, cyv? They indeed smell fantastic, on roasts and in incense. Locals use juniper for smoking the meat. Mmm! You made me feel right at home. Kitchenwitch to the bone here! Hmm, roasts. Can't wait to make traditional Dutch beefstews again. Hmmm pies. Gosh, I'm hungry at 11 pm now XD

Can't wait to make traditional Dutch beefstews again. Hmmm pies. Gosh, I'm hungry at 11 pm now XD Kitchen is what got me started on this . If you haven't done roast with it before - be careful. We use about 2 berries per kilo here, they are heavy on taste. I am using them tonight.
